McDonald and Sons Contracting LLC was founded by Richard McDonald. Our primary focus is new-home spec construction: we identify lots, develop the projects ourselves, and build homes priced for the Marion-area market.

We operate as a small, capable team. The same crew that handles framing also handles drywall and finish trim. This results in a tighter feedback loop and a single point of accountability on every job.

Note: We frequently perform construction services for Providential Holdings LLC. The two are distinct companies with an arm's-length contractor/owner relationship.
